- Lead staff
- Takes registers, records progress, promotes and issues awards — the senior coaching view.
- Assistant staff
- Takes registers and records progress only. Cannot administer the club or issue certificates.
- Parent
- Sees only their two linked children: progress, published awards, notices and care details.
